Gwen is active in student government and theatre at the Koinonia Academy in South Plainfield. She was captain of the school's basketball, field hockey, and soccer teams. She is a lifeguard at the community pool and volunteered with many local organizations including the OLC Rosary Altar Society, the South Plainfield Library peer tutoring program, and the Knights of Columbus. She will be attending Christendom College in the fall.

Veronica is also very active in sports at the Koinonia Academy. She played basketball and score more than 1,000 points in her career. She also played golf and field hockey. She participated in drama club and worked as a lifeguard at the community pool. She voluntered her time with numerous organizations including outreach programs at the First Children's School, the OLC Rosary Altar Society, the Feast of St. Anthony fair, the People of Hope, and theh Knights of Columbus. She will be attending Hillsdale College in the fall.

Gwenevere and Veronica are the daughters of Knight Michael Niemeyer and his wife, Dawn.
